We strive to maintain our stock levels in line with demand. However, from time to time we may become out of stock of a certain product. If one of our products is out of stock, please feel free to send us a message and we'll make sure to let you know when you will be able to order it again.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. For credit or debit card payments, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank account within 7-10 business days upon receiving the returned product or cancellation request. If you have questions about the refund timeline, please reach out to the bank that issued your credit card. If you haven't received your refund, check with your bank or credit card issuer directly, as processing times may vary.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your item doesn't fit or you have ordered the wrong color or style, you will be able to exchange it within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original packaging.

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long. After you recieved your tracking number, head over to our tracking page.
*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!

To accommodate our commitment to swift order processing, any change or cancellation request must be communicated within 12 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately, requests made after this period cannot be considered. If you choose to cancel, a full refund will be issued upon receiving the returned order.

We typically ship in 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri). And you will receive your order in 7 up to 12 business days (Mon-Fri). Please know that we are doing the best we can to get orders out promptly. Please be aware that the holiday season may affect shipping times too!

Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately, if your package gets held at customs you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s).

Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!
If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!
If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. If there is no conclusion after two weeks, please let us know and we will look into replacing or crediting you for your order.
If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.
